Our Story
KACE Construction’s Owner, Chris Chapman, was inspired at an early age watching his father start his own landscape and design business. Chris attained an Architectural and Engineering Degree from University of Memphis. He has 20+ years of experience in the construction industry, including commercial construction, new construction, custom home building, renovations, hardscapes and pools. In 2019, KACE Construction was established in Nolensville, Tennessee and proudly serves the Greater Nashville area.
Family Foundation
KACE Construction was founded on family. The company name, KACE, was derived from Chris’ family names - Kencade, Alex, Chris, and Everleigh. KACE Construction prides itself on giving every customer the highest level of service, communication, attention to detail and quality. We build faith and trust with all of our customers in every aspect of the construction process and are happy to use our customers as a reference. KACE Construction is a fully licensed, insured, and bonded general contractor.
